Penguin Project is a theater program for children and young adults with special needs. Each year, Penguin Project produces a junior length musical. Each role is performed by a child or young adult with special needs.

 
  2024 will Mark the 2nd year of Penguin Project, but the first year with MTCT

The cornerstone of the Penguin Project are the peer mentors. Each artist is matched with a peer mentor who works with the artist through the entire production process. Although the peer mentor is responsible for knowing his/her artists’ lines, choreography, music, and blocking, the peer mentor is there to encourage the artist and build a friendship that lasts beyond the final curtain.
